Roberto Pantè's scenographic signature at the Avignon Festival
Also for the show Deux Femmes pour un Fantôme, on stage at the Avignon Festival until July 15, the sets are by Phantasya Communication under the artistic direction of Roberto Pantè.
A now consolidated collaboration with the Teatro Francese in Rome, which over the years has seen Pantè curate the visual identity of numerous theatrical productions. In this last creation, the scene becomes a suspended and poetic place, capable of evoking the invisible with few essential signs and a great expressive force.
The refined and symbolic scenography amplifies the irony and lightness of René de Obaldia’s text, contributing significantly to the atmosphere of the show directed by Hélène Sandoval.
Phantasya Communication thus confirms its key role in giving shape and character to the scenic aesthetics of the French Theatre, even on international stages such as that of Avignon.
