With the iconic self-portrait The Lucanian Table was inaugurated in the city of Puebla (Mexico) on July 9, 2018. The portrait of the Florentine master from the Royal Library of Turin was exhibited at the Galleria del Palazzo Municipale Puebla for public viewing from July 10 to October 7.
The Lucanian Tablet, a self-portrait of Da Vinci, is the central axis of this interactive exhibition created in collaboration with Phantasya in which art and technology combine to offer a unique sensory experience of the life and work of this Renaissance icon. The Lucanian Tablet, or Acerenza Tablet, was discovered in 2008.
Phantasya created the museographic project, the multimedia exhibits, the mini documentaries, and the original soundtracks for the commercial.
The script for the entire journey was designed to cover a study on Leonardo to support the vision of the Tavola Lucana. Based on this, various exhibits have been created, including a holographic projection and interactive walls.
Phantasya also took care of the exhibition's exhibition design, creating panels and infographics scattered throughout the exhibition itinerary. A multimedia room contains virtual and augmented reality technologies, via Oculus Rift technology, with 3D video content.
In the 360° video, you can observe a 3D reproduction of the Refectory of Santa Maria delle Grazie in Milan, where Leonardo Da Vinci is preparing to paint the Last Supper.
An interactive table, in addition to displaying the route, allows younger visitors to play playful applications created in keeping with the exhibition.
